I hired them to pick up in Salt Lake City last week. Devon told me he had a team that would be empty first thing in the morning and could deliver in Fort McMurry next day. Everytime I called Thursday to get an ETA I was told Devon was out of the office and I would have to call back. Finally at 5pm I was able to get a hold of him and he told me that he found out late Wednesday night that the driver was delayed and that he would pick up first thing Friday morning. Same story all day Friday until about 2pm when I find out from another dispatcher that the drivers are still 2 hours from their delivery before they could even head to my pick up... I can understand delays, but the lack of communication is unacceptable... I was forced to drop them and pay much more for the only driver available... Once the other dispatcher Jamie took control of the situation it did seem like they were making an effort, however this whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. Use with caution.
