BT EXPRESS FREIGHT SYSTEMS

Hey Guys,

We have a hard time collecting from them and it seems like we won't be able to collect anytime soon. We got in touch with the shipper and they were not able to help as they paid BT already.

Does anyone have any contact info for these guys? We can't seem to reach anyone over the phone or email. Looks like the lines are disconnected and emails are not going through either. Their last known address, billing address, is just an empty parking lot. I was able to find a few addresses online but it seems like they don't stay anywhere for more than a few months. Their legal name is V & S TRANSPORT INC. Our dispatch contact was Vinny gill, his footer is attached below. Any contact info will be greatly appreciated. The only phone # we have in on the footer below.

I would be very surprised if they had a surety bond in place. I just did a quick Safer company snapshot and their carrier registration has expired or been revoked and it appears they never had broker authorization.......surprise, surprise. While most serious, professional carriers and freight brokers comply with all required licensing and regulations, there are still quite a few who decide to operate without them. If you elect to do business with these operators, you are exposing yourself to an unnecessary additional level of risk. Why bother?

@loaders check under the "Inactive Insurance". They had a surety which was cancelled earlier this month. Policy number highlighted for your reference. I'm not familiar with the surety so a little google search will have to point you in the right direction on who the actual provider is.

You are correct. It would appear that at one time, they did have broker authority and the obligatory surety bond, and it was involuntary revoked very recently.
