Having issues collection from this carrier. Lots of promises then mailed during potential postal issue, even though I had asked them not to. Hoping to have FedEx pick up on Tuesday!

They were a solid carrier at one time. Recently hearing they are back soliciting and using a factoring company.
I'm not sure I agree with your implication here. Clearly they lack cash flow, but that could be due to rising sales.

This company did a load for us with an appointment for delivery.
It was delivered 2 days late and when asked for updates on this, they lied each time as the dispatch was scared to call the driver.
I would be very careful.
