Does anyone have any payment history with this comany? We have a load pending, address looks like a UPS Store ....

I have been dealing with Kevin for the past few months. No issues at all, very good to work with.

Had a hard time getting paid, it took almost 4 months for us to get paid after calling Kevin every day .... will never do another load for them.

I used to have him as COD and all went well. Everytime we did a call he had a cheque in full waiting for us.

Then we started doing alot more for him and it became a problem. He would never revise his confirmation for waiting time, redeliveries etc, he would just say "make a note of it and I will fix it when it comes in". Well he never did.

Payment terms became 60-90 days, short paid constantly and having to chase all the time, it wasn't worth the time and effort.

We did 1 load about 3 years ago, amount of $500 had to chase forever, they ended up on my DNU list.
