We connected once last summer.

They did the job but communication was less than stellar.

I would use again but only on a load that wasn't time sensitive or required timely updates.

I'm not saying they're bad... but they didn't exactly earn my trust as a quality carrier.

Had a load booked with them from Florida loading on Saturday. They showed up 3 hours later then their eta and missed being loaded and was told to come back Monday. Monday morning I check in to make sure the truck is on site, and was told the driver didn't wait and came back. However they failed to communicate initially being late and then again that the driver was not waiting.
