Bell Issues... Huff...

Anyone else having Bell issues? I see the phones are on and off but internet is strong and consistent.

I see online a map of outages, including a corridor from Windsor to Ottawa mostly.

Hey Rob,

Seems like the issues here were mainly 7:15AM - 9:45AM.

The gerbils must now be running faster in their wheels, all systems go for a little while now. Knock on wood...

Still having intermittent phone issues but internet is tip top (as tip top as bell can be in Georgetown). Tech will be on site tomorrow morning, hopefully something simple like changing the PRI...

So the tech showed up at 4:35PM yesterday, walked into our server/phone room, shrugged and said he had no idea what to do then left. In the end we had a true Bell pro come in this morning only to find that mice had nested across the street in the green box and were peeing and eating the wiring there... All fixed, good times!!

Did you report the tech back to Bell? For as dick-ish as Bell can be at times, they are pretty picky about making sure their tech's are top notch.
