Gave them two loads from same shipper, lied that both picked up and both delivered. Found out on Tuesday that load did not deliver (after he told me Monday it did). Gerry from Bell&Bob gave us a run around (he's not sure, he thinks it picked up etc for a day) only to finally admit he did not pick up the load.
