Make sure you take that bounced cheque to your bank and ask your associate there to send the cheque in for collections, as soon as they put money in their account your cheque will be paid out, some banks have a fee for this, but it is still worth it.

Put the bounced check in for collections no luck there, went to her place of business got a replacement but never enough in their acct to get it certified. Anyone have any personal info on these people?

These folks were a carrier who racked up debt and then vanished for two years but now they're back as a broker with the same name, address & phone numbers. BEWARE
Anyone owed money from these people please p.m. me.

Bounced cheque

I received a bounced cheque from them back in January, they are now on our DNU list.

Just a reminder to avoid these thiefs who somehow stay active on link.

Still can't get any money from Bdellium. Their client replied when contacted that there are many companies calling them about the issue but they will not pay because already paid Bdellium for the load. We did the delivery and can't get paid because Bdellium is not willing to pay us. Such a bad situation.

Teller,

There is enough information posted on this forum regarding your situation. As YOU are aware - shippers/consignees are just as liable for payment when the carrier is not paid. We all know that the ol' line "I already paid so and so - not gonna pay you now too" is irrelevant and false in the eyes of the courts.

If your receivable is worth it - go thru the small claims process. File and follow thru with it. Yes...it is work and will cost you about $100 - but even if you recover some of the funds - it will be worth it. You've got nothing in your pocket right now.

The small claims process is well worth learning and getting acquainted with also.
