Anyone used them? They seem to have 2 Link accounts. Calls on everything and then gives fickle answers.

We onboarded them in late July. Did not end up using them as their references did not really seem real or check out. We couldn't actually find anything that made us want to use them. Just a whole lot of uncertainty.

They seem to call and then give iffy answers about what they can do. Sketchy.

Do you have any more on these guys? I have someone asking about them. They have an issue with freight being held due to cheques in the mail. They paid EFT, but they still won't release the goods.

UPDATE on them:

We are still working with them, and everything continues to run smoothly. Orders are delivered on time without any issues. Communication with Johanna remains excellent for updates and rates.
