How is it a Broker can post trucks all over the place then?

We're a broker (only) and I find that the 'equipment' posting function on Link is grayed out. Perhaps these guys own 1 truck and can therefore post trucks also?

Maybe a derelict cube van parked out back, and a CVOR, insurance and whatever else Link requires to be set up as a carrier. A phantom carrier at best.

they broker loads out to trucking companies to haul their stuff, ive hauled loads for them and its always a hassle to collect
