Bal Transport

I recently used this carrier and they've been great so far. If anyone is looking for a reliable carrier who updates you within a reasonable amount of time I would recommend them.

He took a load from us end of last year, claimed driver was empty and ready to roll. Sent him the tender and customs docs. An hour later he sends a 1 line e-mail stating "truck problem, i can't do the load". That was all.

They're out of Montreal, the Bal transport I deal with. Bullfrog which one are you talking about?

Same one - Montreal. Although I dealt with the female dispatcher and she was great - kept up with communication and driver arrived early as well. I would definitely use them again.
