Trying to trace a shipment is a nightmare. Talked to 5 different dispatchers and no one seems to be able to help. If possible, don't use.

Stuff within Ontario and ON-QC, we've used them a few times and the jury is still out on them. We don't love them but don't hate them either.

Agreed, we've been given back a few in a row. Nothing like booking shipments twice.

BTI is the worst carrier ( besides scammers ) I have ever dealt with. They took 37 hours to go from Montreal to toronto. They have on numberous occasions taken loads and not picked up. As for their credit I am not sure, but based on their service level I would trust them with anything.
