I cant say they would it for sure, but you could try WJ Deans, they have a yard in Stoney Creek and the head office is in Delson QC, you can ask for Valerie Deans in Stoney Creek.

Does anyone know who would run B Trains from Brantford, ON to Les Mechins, QC?

I see Quebec guys in Brantford all the time with trains and 5axle flats delivering to the lumber yard around the corner. Do not pay much attention to names but I am sure a link search would bring out a bunch of names.
