B G X TRANSPORT

I have used them 3 times. First 2 without issue,but coincidentally enough,this morning they were 2 1/2 hours late with a delivery to a forwarding carrier here in Mississauga. That is causing havoc.
 
we have an issue with them holding freight for payment, long story short, miscommunication on both our parts
and now my freight is hostage
 
Happy to hear. They are one of the carriers that I've managed to visit. Amazing how different the relationship becomes when you've met the person on the other end of the phone.

I used to them over two years ago, but they were horrible service wise. Shipments would be late, wrong updates.

Things might have changed, but there are lots of better companies out there.
 
Same experience here. Poor communication, updates incorrect, and that famous line when we found it took them 1 week for delivery........"what did you expect, it is only LTL"?
