Every one at law enforcement is aware of the problem but companies end up paying the price. When driver should be punished for his actions.
Now JMG will be audited by every agency our there and will end up paying big fines.

Awesome. They hired the dumb ass it is on them. While they are there audit 20 or 30 pf his sister companies.. Just about daily now that some asshat is being pulled over drunk in a truck and not sugar coating nothing it is the Indians. No alcohol religion but hammered in a truck trying to drive watching bollywood on the laptop with a foot on the dash. It will not stop until we as an industry stop it ourselves.

Rob, i don't care if driver is Indian or some other race. Rules are for everyone. Driver needs punishment. regardless of race or ethnicity. as for company, my only concern is that they are the one who end up paying the price. drivers just move on to different companies and not get punished as sever as they should be. and end up repeating. whether they are driving commercial vehicle or passenger vehicle. They should not be allow to drive either or as punishment.

I do not care what race creed nationality either but the fact is we all know who it is if you follow any sort of news, trade publications, facebook pages etc. Why is everyone so afraid of saying the truth? Scared to be labelled? I came to terms with the fact if you disagree with anyone in this crazy world of today you get a label. Hell our own so called leader is the best at calling people names that do not agree with him. Call me whatever you wish as I know I am not a racist I am just someone with the balls to say what we all know and do it without the sugar coating. Drunk in a cmv= never drive a CMV again IMHO.
