Axion reaction

we have nothing with them but had a carrier call me yesterday as they are trying to collect an invoice they think is double brokered. We are listed on B/L as carrier as it is an old client we lost. Shipment from end of Feb, they are wanting to give several post dated cheques as they have no money to pay.
 
We used them a few times last year, but then received a letter, I believe from RPM Transit saying that Axion was no longer associated with them or permitted to take freight for their trucks. We stopped using Axion, but the letter made me think Axion was hired to find additional freight for RPM's trucks but didn't disclose this to the people they were taking freight from. Don't quote me 100% on it being RPM Transit, might have been RPM Transport. Either way, we stopped giving freight to Axion immediately and doubt they carry any of the freight they take.

Has anyone heard....that Axion was handling a lot of Synergy shipments. The play was.....Synergy gave shipments too Axion...as no Carrier would handle direct shipments from Synergy. Now....Axion is saying...they can't pay the Carriers that they used for the Synergy shipments....as Synergy is now out of business.....
 
Gave them a load and they did a good job. Joanne at Axion was good. Will try them again.
