We just had to deal with a double broker situation with this company. Be watchful - especially if they expect you to run under their PARS. There was a lot of issues when they wanted our ACI manifest in a specific format and I couldn't give it to them the way they wanted. I guess that tipped off a lot of issues with the original broker.
In the end the large US broker found out from the shippers video cameras that it was our truck that was loaded and luckily for us the USDOT number was legible. They then confirmed by the inbound log on the receiver. Thankfully they reached out to us and told us they'd pay us directly for the load.
