Avaal announces customer appreciation day in wake of latest graduation ceremony

**"The graduating students took part in a 40-hour program where they experienced both classroom and actual hands-on job training to prepare them for their future careers. The course modules introduce techniques designed to effectively launch and operate small to large scale trucking companies with an emphasis on strategic business management. Key modules include freight matching, route optimization, border crossing, and obtaining freight contracts. Avaal trains students on TransCore’s 3sixty line of software solutions. The computer-based applications are designed to streamline the fleet management process, and ultimately help companies increase profit levels."**

Really, after 40 hrs (less then 1 week of most transportation professionals) you can learn how to effectively operate and launch a small to large trucking company with strategic business management?? How in the hell can you possibly do that in 40 hours, forget the fact that it is without years of hands on experience.

Am I the only one that finds this concerning?? I think this may explain some of the "trucking companies" operating from there home.

Don't get me wrong, I think it is great people want to learn more about this industry but 40hrs can't possibly be enough to have a complete understanding of what is required to operate your own company successfully. This is just my opinion..

It is simple to start a company (way to easy) it's difficult to be successful. Sounds to me like Transcore is scamming money out of people and getting them to sign up for their services. Probably a minimum 5 grand in pocket.
