All @Gurmit has been doing is dropping one-liners on every thread. If you dont have anything of value to add then dont say anything at all especially if you are going to make it racially motivated against one group of people.

Also if you are going to call someone thieves please provide proof with your statements ie experience, previous employment or legal issues, their being from the Punjab isn't enough justification.

At one point we have to say the stats may have to be pointing in the same direction. After many many years how many times have we seen the same scenario ? Employs dirt cheap drivers for 50% of what other carriers pay ... cut safety in their fleets and they undercut the entire industry for below cost rates and when they go under they flee to back home leaving the entire industry to pay for the mess through increased premiums for Honest Carriers. So yes lets not pretend there isnt an issue in our industry.

This is not math class. This is business. Here to report non paying scum bags. If you cant do business fairly then they are scum. Thievess. Which business says to rip off other companies? Does CRA say for you to run scams? Does the FMCSA let you run scams? Any law says not to pay for service acquired? These people are here for one thing and that is to scam other companies. Need tougher laws. Any carrier or broker should have to fill a $ 100,000.00 bond to be in this field. 99.5% issue will be solved. U with me?

Our American counter-parts complained about Canadian and Mexican carriers taking freight volume from them. There's a trend of American carriers hiring Mexican drivers for significantly lower wages than domestic drivers. Chicago is filled with Eastern European carriers and drivers that are frowned upon for their practices in the industry (Solo Sergei). This isn't anything new and not specific to any one group of people, lets nip the the casual racist rhetoric in the bud. There are really good carriers and drivers from the "direction" you are pointing at and comments like these are disservice to them.

Supply demand is part of business. But running from paying ur bills is not. I go by facts. Racism has nothing to do with it. I am from same community as I am pointing to.
 
Nothing racist about identifying someone. It is not hate. It is about narrowing down the problem. Ontarian, BC' er, Albertan is not hate.

What everyone is trying to tell you is not to STEREOTYPE a community based on ethnicity.

Stereotypes are oversimplified generalizations about groups of people. Stereotypes can be based on race, ethnicity, age, gender,—almost any characteristic.

Stereotyping is considered negative - eg. all blondes are stupid ... it's 2024 let's call out unaccepatble behaviour / business practices not an entire racial group
