STAY AWAY - double brokering non-paying and shouldn't be in the industry.

I've used them in the past without any issues. That said, we haven't matched in a few months. Clearly, something has changed.
Maybe you would like to add more detail to the members why we should stay away?

Be happy to.
They get their freight from CH - double broker it to another carrier and then refuse to pay.
Outstanding invoices from Sept. and Seeta refuses to reply or pay.

Spoke to CH in the US who claim double brokering is not what they participate in and are reaching out to ASL for a discussion and to ensure payment is made.
Will update again when I get more information.

This is the ASL located out of Brampton, not Manitoba, right?

Brampton although that's where payment is done - they have other locations that double broker loads (only way they can get business) and then make excuses that Brampton's the problem as to why payment isn't made. Belleville location as an example.
