Appleton, WI to Winnipeg, MB DRY or REEFER

I was just quoted $3.90 per mile on a dry van am I crazy for thinking this is really high?

I know the outbounds are low, but $3.90 per mile back I thought was a little on the high side. I might be wrong.

Glen,

I was in the Peg today and was offered .80/mile on a 48,000 (ya right) load of dirty stinky peat moss. I would quote very high US to MB also. My truck is now in Minnesota with 23 feet left if anyone has any ltl back to the GTA.

I agree if outbound is that low then yes inbound should be high. I quoted him based on the $3.90 per mile and will see what happens, thanks for the input.

It's pretty much round trip revenue at $3.90 a mile. Chicago can get like that too. I'd probably agree that freight that's there pays crap.
