Anyone had any bad experiences with JPS Trucking out of Calgary AB?

Just did a load for me. EX Calgary to Sacramento. Excellent communication, on time, live updates and POD in hand within 24 hours. Will use them again!

JPS Trucking out of Calgary AB is still doing a good job to this day, highly recommended

We had a different experience. They loaded for us and a day later stopped giving updates, absolutely zero communication. We found out through a towing company that they had an accident and wrecked the truck and load, they found our BOL in the truck. To this day they haven’t communicated and we’re still fighting with their insurance company 2 years later. Just sharing the experience we had - hard DNU for us.

Yes, accidents happen to anyone - but not handling them shows the integrity of the company in my opinion

I've never had that issue when using them, can't speak for this incident obviously but they have never done wrong by me.

March 1st a JPS truck caused a bad truck crash near Kenora Ontario. Dash camera footage shows it swerving to pass a car and colliding head-on with an oncoming truck loaded with livestock. Livestock truck lost control and rolled killing most of the cattle onboard. The surviving animals are running loose in the area.
