I think my freight was double brokered and want to pay the right person as he advised he is leaving the country monday!!
Any updates on Somal Logistics??

Don't feel bad if you need to take a bit of time to get it right. What makes you think the freight was double brokered? -You can always request the border crossing documents to see which carrier brought it across the border (if applicable)
-You can ask the shipper what name was on the truck - sometimes they take pictures of the freight before it leaves.
-You can ask the shipper for their copy of the BOL which the driver sometimes signs the carriers name.
There are lots of ways to find out who delivered it, and if you're really worried, let them come get the cheque but you need the original BOL at that time. If the carrier does not have the original, most likely it was not them who delivered it.
I do not have any dealings with Somal Logistics but I do see their trucks on the road.
