Anyone have an issues in the past with this carriers service? They are doing a load for me and just wondering.

They did 2 shipments for us in Oct 2013. No issues or notes in our system.

Amex has done 9 loads for us this year and 24 overall.

1 Major service failure back in January (on one of the few nice days) , 19 hours to deliver a direct drive from Montreal to Toronto.
It was a blip in an otherwise great working relationship, but that was a bad day to say the least.

Thanks everybody it was a very nice lady of theirs that came to load so they have done what they promised so far.
