Took a load from these guys back in December, 2018 - kept saying they would pay now they don't answer their phone. Called the shipper and asked them who they paid for this load. It was from American Trim, Sidney, OH going toSigma, Oldcastle, ON for a flatbed. They advised they paid Eagle for this load. I called Eagle and they tell me AKM Transport took 6 of these on that day. I advised Eagle they are liable to pay the carrier that did the load, they didn't believe me. Still working on this but think there may be 5 more carriers out there that are looking for money also.
