Caught these guys in the act, pretending that their truck broke down while load was actually given to another of our contact without our knowledge. Ended up cancelling their shipment and give it back to where it should have been first, which is the transportation company. By the way, they did not even know which kind of trailer their sub contracted friend was using. Sad to see people with that little knowledge trying to make a quick buck off others.
