Air Time Express

We have them on our do not use list. We had 2 cases where they gave loads back at the last minute. These incidents took place 4-5 years ago, so maybe they have improved their service.

I would be leery of loading these guys, we gave them a load that had to load at 10 am, they said no problem. The day they are supposed to load one dispatcher tells us that they got held up because of the snow. Called back to see how they were doing so we could keep our customer advised and another dispatcher tells us that their delivery appointment to unload wasn’t till noon so they would pick up around 2 pm. They knew they couldn’t load at 10 am all long so we took the load back.
 
I dont use them on anything with timing.... they promise the world.. and don't even deliver the town!!
 
Used them twice in the last 18 months... both times they fell short of our requests.

On the DNU list over here.
 
My luck has been weird with them... used them 1 time on a LTL no problems. Next gave them a IL-Quebec city expedite delivery and they nailed it and made me look real good then on our next time doing business, missed the pick up( no call) & then delivered late on another shipment
