AI broker

I thought I was fairly savvy, called for a load, and the broker on the other end was AI ... caught it only after a minute or so and some conversation. Very creepy ... esp when I asked a question and the AI just repeated our entire conversation ...

There's a trend now where dispatcher are just flat out hanging up if they hear an AI voice on the other end. Some of them are hard to tell though, but if you ask the AI if they are in fact AI, the truth comes out right away.

Had a couple just hang up. If they are too cheap to hire staff I can just imagine the rates.
