Dispatch name Sergei. Careful when dealing with this liar. We gave him 7 skids from NJ last week and it’s just being delivered now.

He used every excuse. From his driver screwing up to other deliveries delayed him and finally came back with a really fun one, "the scale told him to turn around and fix your unsafe trailer".

Sometimes I wonder how carriers like this ass clown stay in business.

Guess we've been lucky. Have done a bunch of shipments with Sergei from NJ and he has always delivered when agreed and never lied.

Maybe Sergei spends to much time running for the likes of CH Robinson.

They have a few loads out there today @ $1.25/ mile.

I gave Sergei an Ltl from NJ last month too. It wasnt hot freight but needed an appt to deliver. Made his the appt he wanted and when i called to see if it was delivered, i got "well its not delivered, how could it, the truck broke down but dont worry, tomorrow it will all be fine." Anyhow, i wouldnt give him anything time sensitive, thats for sure. I kind of knew i'd have an issue based on the overly eager next day guaranteed delivery ( which i didnt ask for, but he made the point of saying it a couple times).
