Picked up shipment, provided macro point, and provided ELD tracking. The broker deducted $100 USD because we did not provide POD immediately (the driver was returning back to Canada).
This was not discussed at the time of booking. We typically get PODs within 24-48 hrs after delivery.
She also called 50 times to get an update on the driver, even though we gave them tracking.
Stay away, they are scammers. They will block your number and not respond to emails either. Disorganized and dishonest business practices.
