Do I need to buy software or is there anyway to do it on my own?

I am just hauling for my brother and I am not familiar with the dispatch work, could anyone advise me?

Well we also do log books, IFTA fuel taxes, permitting and authorities.

They are kinda boring to talk about.

You can also use the US CBP Ace portal if you are up to it. It is free to use and has 24 hour support. They will talk you through the account set up over the phone.
