45 Beghin Avenue #1 - Winnipeg - Cliff Fuhr - Executive

Owe $2500 from February - had problems with them 2 years ago and cut them off - this load was taken in error and this account has got no better in 2 years - lawsuits and a couple judgements against them. Have been chasing them for payment since March. Absolutely horrible account - anyone else currently having problems with Access?
 
Cliff is rude and horrible to deal with - no business sense whatsoever. Our WPG office is supposed to be picking up a cheque. Will see what transpires - thanks for the reply. If you are dealing with them - good luck. As I mentioned our load was taken in error - cut them off in 2005 - 3 years later they are still horrible...very risky if you deal with them for any future loads....

$250.00 from Feb. Been told a cheque is on the way for over a month now. I even have a cheque number. Apparently they switched banks that was the issue. Ya ok. Anyone else having issues? I'm going to send a complaint to Link.
 
As I mentioned above - Access is horrible - report them. I just received the $2500 cheque for a February invoice after speaking to Cliff (owner) who wanted nothing to do with me and was very rude on the phone. Don't waste time dealing with Danny (if that is the one you are waiting to get answers from - he knows nothing). Danny says he looks after payables but he doesn't - when you hound him - he starts blaming Cliff for not letting him know what cheques can mail out.
Call Cliff directly - tell him you will collect from the customer - that will be much easier. They are all just a waste of space over there at Access - Cliff, Danny and Tracy (daughter of Cliff). Report them - I honestly can't believe they are still around. I cut them off years ago and our load was booked in error. They have obviously got no better in paying carriers. Good Luck!
 
I heard that Access Transportation - Winnipeg and Affilated Freight Systems that disappeared are owned by Cliff.
Not 100% but something to consider.

Yes I called and asked for Cliff this morning, he is a real treat! He claimed the cheque was definately mld the 4th of June and that he can't control the mail system and that he was not going to put a stop pymnt as it costs $25.00 and that to wait till next week. If it hasn't come in by then to call him back. I can't wait!!!

Having difficulty collecting from invoices dated in April/May....last posting on this site was in June..

Anyone have any current information on this Company?

We had a lot of difficulty at the end of the summer collecting an invoice. all the same complaints as everyone else has. We did get the money in the end but it took calls almost everyday to be successful
