Has anyone used this carrier ? VERY unreliable for sure, in our opinion anyway, has any one had issues? possible double brokering of loads ?

We are holding payment 100%, unsure they actually did the load, let alone they were 6 days for delivery, and SERVAL excuses why they were delayed, from break downs, to over weight, and DOT let them go.....I call BS.....everyone needs to be aware of this company
 
I find when a shipment is really late, with a bunch of stories that asking the consignee to go outside and look at the side of the tractor and write the carrier name and MC# on all copies of the BOL at the time of delivery is a good course of action. Then, call that carrier and find out if they did the whole job or part of the job.
