Can you as a broker define this? (I see it used a lot but wonder how reaching it is) I don't want to be spotty.

Communication sucks. They did deliver on time though

ya they do not communicate well but they do have about 30 people on each email.

They also had a claim with us and paid it out no problems and their rates are fairish. just have to stay in top of them and they have no problems with tracking
