Update, We did not use A1 as they called to cancel saying their driver wasn't going for next day delivery, then called back an hour later to say they were going and then cancelling for a second time. Yes the did inform us both times of the cancelation an concidering the destination of the shipent going to Massachesetts area, with everything possibly on lockdown due to the bombing I would not hold the cancelation against them, just the inconcistency of on and off the load.
