Has anyone had any dealing with this company at all? We went to pick up a load for them where they required a flatbed - we sent a step deck - the load was 13'10" high( this we did not know until we arrived - we were told legal dims)... A flatbed really??? We got there and they said if we took the wheels and tires off that we could drop to legal dims. that was done, and still was not a legal height load - so we charged for truck ordered not used and has been battling with this guy since December to pay a small fee. The owner told me it was not important to pay that kind of bill - he would only pay for loads that were actually picked up. My truck went out of his way to pick this up and I guess that we should not expect anything for our time and removing tires and the fuel we burnt to get there for nothing.
