This is an interesting topic - we want to expand and have so far hired (cultural background) South Asian, Far eastern, European and African drivers. It's interesting how only the drivers from a similar cultural background and religious affiliation want to work with each other (we run teams).
The issue then is everyone keeping an open mind and the only thing that should matter is work ethic
