We gave A & K a couple of "power only" loads to Montreal, one was on time the other was two hours late. When we followed up with their dispatch they lied and said both loads were on site.....we could see on the satellite one truck left from Brampton and was stopped for 2 hours in Cornwall.............on our confirmation it states if you are late call us, if you are late and don't let us know you will lose your $200 on-time bonus. A&K missed the delivery appointment, they lied again when we traced the load.........now A&K calls our customer and asks for the $200.............we will never use these useless dicks again. We rarely deduct from anyone, personally its easier to just pay them and put them on the DNU list but these guys are liars and it was a waste of time talking to them. Don't use A & K!!!!
