Just wanted to apologize if we delayed any fellow members loads this morning.

Not exactly what I wanted to see when I turned on the television this morning.

Just wonderful being the first 400 northbound closure this winter.

Sorry if your answering phone calls from consignees wondering why northbound loads are running late.

And yes, the driver is okay.

Acording to dispatch (who heard from drv) the driver hit the ditch / jacked it, this was done to avoid truck driver driving straight into another serious vehicle accident that was in the process of occuring right in front of him.

news reports said 1 person was in serious cond, from car to car colision. Dispatch said our truck didn't hit anyone beside snow and dirt and shoulder.

freight was packaging materials.. non-haz. freight was off loaded, and truck towed out.

in my professional opinion, driver saved someones life by ditching the truck in instead of not reacting and plowing into a accident already in progress.
