Frauds.

Double broker, demand payment from original broker, get paid but don't pay carrier who actually did the job.

Larry, Eddie & Burt (husband, wife and someone possibly son). They've done this before under another company name, can't remember right now but they didn't pay their bills or drivers, and closed up and ran in the middle of the night. Shady.
 
B.R.E.A.S.T Transport. That's who they used to be years ago, it just came to me.
