Anyone getting emails from NT Logistics?

Their domain is brand new, their address is missing a suite number, and phone number has no relevant results

2 County Court Blvd.
Brampton ON L6W 3W8
416-561-0333

A different and assuming unrelated NT Logistics is also a 3PL based in TX

I found this. It gives you the unit number as 400.
I could not find any FMCSA information and there is literally nothing I can find other than this. If you wish, you can order a public abstract for $5.00 and get some more information like number of km driven and original issue date, etc but usually no phone numbers.

Thanks Jim, lots of companies at suite 400, it is part of CoworkingCafe. I didn't set them up as I had to cover the load and could not properly vet them, I will wait and see if anyone other than a new member uses them.

That address would be the UPS Store located at 2 County Court - 400 being the mailbox # is my assumption

Would absolutely avoid using this carrier. Booked a load on the 4th for the 6th loading. Day of loading said they couldn't load till the 9th due to a family emergency. 9th came around and was told "truck was having issues starting" we continued asking for updates without an answer until the afternoon when we were told the truck was involved in an accident. It was then promised it would be 100% picked up on the 11th. Now we just received an email telling us to recover the load because they driver is refusing to go. I think its safe to say they never had a truck secured on this load and were possibly even trying to double broker it out...

Ya they just wanted to book a load with me and they can not even provide me with a carrier package or insurance anyone that just says send it over is a DNU for sure especially when they know they are not set up possibly scammers

NT Logistics CVOR - 226-454-817 / Ph # (416) 561-0333 - recently hauled 2 shipments back in February for us, freight delivered with out issue, but we have discovered they double brokered our shipments.

Shortly after delivery, they immediately started asking for payment. Due to the suspicious nature of their request for payment, we reached out to our shipper and they confirmed two different carriers had hauled our shipments.

Please confront them on the DB and let us know the response

  • PU was a local truck
  • Load was done by our sister company
  • Truck broke down and we repowered it for you

Yes, we are currently doing deeper investigations on this situation, it does not seem to be a local truck assisting with the pick up or a sister company hauling the shipment. I will update once we have more information.

This "carrier" is a double broker. Booked 2 loads with them. The first started very weird with communication, so we asked another carrier of ours to take a picture of the truck

NT Logistics in Brampton ON double brokered 2 loads without our authorization or knowledge.

1st load was double brokered to Kartz Transport (somehow also related to SKB Transport & WestX Logistics) - NT Logistics originally picked up on March 12th. After being ghosted and lied to for 5 days we were able to confirm the load was being hauled by Kartz Transport. We reached out to them directly. Throughout the duration of the shipment, both NT Logistics and Kartz Transport Inc became completely unresponsive. They ignored repeated phone calls and emails, effectively ghosting all communication attempts.

The situation escalated when they began holding our freight hostage. They refused to complete delivery unless we paid them a full amount upfront. This demand was made under coercive circumstances and was never part of the original contract agreement. The freight was ultimately not delivered until March 24th, after full payment was made.

2nd load - we were able to deal with the actual carrier directly who kept us updated. Once delivered NT Logistics demanded quick pay from us & attempted contacting our customer for payment.

Due to this experience, we strongly advise against using NT Logistics (and Kartz Transport Inc) under any circumstances. Their actions demonstrate clear signs of double brokering, lack of transparency, unethical conduct, and cargo extortion. There is a significant risk that they may take possession of freight and refuse delivery until payment demands are met.

Hello, did you file a complaint with Loadlink? N-T Logistics is contacting us as well and we'll not give them our shipment. I am however able to search them on the load link, I'd suggest you file a complaint so that they can lose access to the load board.

Double brokerage opperation and when confronted their accounting team tries to reach out to the client directly.

Nobody takes accountability lol....

Yes, that is exactly what they did to us. We had the hauling carrier sign a release admitting they had no idea NT was acting as a carrier and paid the carrier directly in both situations.
