Has anyone ever worked with this company yet?
They are asking for a shipment but they don't seem to want to send us pictures of their trucks and other red flags.. (addresses are weird).
Plus they quoted high, then negotiated very low...

Please let me know if you have any experience with them..

We refused them already based on the same facts, but I would like to be wrong once in a while LOL.
We pushed for pictures but hours later, nothing. Just ghosted us..

Used once or twice, first time went well, second time did not, communication was a disaster the second time around DNU for us.

Always lots of communication with them. soon as load confirmed they disappear. Seems really strange. might be nice people but communication is a disaster.

Same, used once and no issues. Went to use them 2nd time, they gave me their rate of which I agreed to. (The freight was exactly what I said, dims, weights etc as well as location). The agreed to do load and then when I went to check to see how they were making out for pickup they said they couldn't do it..

Seems really weird that they portray they have load. you go through the whole process with them. then crickets. Maybe they just gathering information.

We completed two loads for Category A. The first load went smoothly with payment received after a slight delay.

The second load was also completed without major issues however our invoice is now ~120 days outstanding.

Shortly after completing the second load they contacted us regarding another shipment. During email correspondence it became clear the load was being double brokered. We declined the shipment and notified the original broker with whom we have an established working relationship.
