Carrier Feedback - Rosedale cartage Team (Not to be confused with Rosedale Group)

Rosedale Cartage Team(Quick Team Logistics) seems to present potential red flags to me. They have booked and canceled loads a few times saying driver is not available, stuck at Metro or Walmart and sudden truck/trailer breakdown. Please share your feedbacks if you have dealt with this new carrier.
