What are the names of the guys that you have had great communication with and that you have never had issues with? What is the number of these guys? I want to call them.
Only guys work there? What are there names? I would like to contact them. Seems you are the only one who is promoting this company.

We have been using them for some MB LTLs and their rates are great and so far the service has been on point too.
Now I am getting concerns about double brokering lol.

If a company double brokers your loads without intent to pay the other carriers they used; 100% profit for them

Don't sit back and watch it happen if your relationship with your shipper or reciever is good like it should be you can easily figure out if your stuff is being double brokered.
Do not just book the load and leave it as soon as you do that it gives the carrier the opportunity to pull the wool over your eyes. I see stuff all over Social Media about brokers calling so much for updates well I wonder why.
Get your shipper an air tag tag your freight and watch where it goes. A customer paying for the loads would most likely appreciate your diligence and concerns.
If you dont get confirmation that they are not double brokering or are if you do not do anything trust me it will go sideways for you wait 30 days when the phone calls come in for non payment and they threaten to go after the shipper. Or you can worry and wonder every shipment and collect your extra 75 bucks but that 75 bucks will turn into nothing and cause you stress if you do not answer your own question.
