I have never worked with a carrier as unreliable as Fleetex Transport Ltd. They clearly do not understand what “deliver on time” means. The updates are constantly changing, and the information provided by the same representative is often inconsistent. If you don’t mind your load being late, then Fleetex Transport Ltd. is the company for you—they are number one at making excuses and giving misleading updates.

Normally wouldn't take up the forum's time on these types of threads, but Fleetex, after years of working in tandem with them, backsolicited an account they worked on with us over several years. At first, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and called our representative at Fleetex to better explain, and in return, were given very curt and defensive responses, followed by complete denial of the solicitation. When we further advised that we had in-hand, their written 'service offer' to our customer outlining that they currently work for them indirectly through us, and signed by our contact...
 
They used to be a much better carrier.

They graduated to our DNU list a few years ago... and every so often a coordinator will ask if they can use them.

But in a post Montgomery world... with their unsafe driving violations the way they are... and seeing the junk they run up and down the highway here lately... I can't bring myself to take the chance.

They remain on DNU with us

We DNU'd them for a 2nd time last year.

Operations manager called us after 3 years of being dnu'd, talked the talk and wanted to start back up. let old issue die, new staff etc.

Ran 5 loads, 6th load was a disaster but one off, it fine.

7th load another disaster... took zero responsibility.

and back on DNU

You'd think their service would be a lot better with the rates they are trying to charge too lol. They are always way more than what I usually get from my regular carriers.
