Ran into an issue today.
I understand things happen but holding a load all day when they knew there was a problem at 10am is a no go in my books.
Inbound load that paid well, didn't tell us anything until we followed up multiple times and finally asked to load tomorrow. Guessing that was the plan all along.
Will be DNU here on my stuff at least.

We had a sales fella come to our office telling us how great they were in and out of Western Canada into the US.
That was about two years ago.
We don't have a lot to offer (10 - 14 TL's a month)... but they have not been able to provide us with equipment for any of our offerings so far.
I think that most of our dispatchers have stopped calling them.

They are excellent at getting every penny out of a tight truck market. I'm not sure who paid them when I was trying to book them out of BC while the rail was down due to the fires this summer. 14,000USD to GTA
