I found this about their bankruptcy, you will find in there a PDF file with a lot of information:

Looks like they cleaned all the assets before leaving, they are under by 6.3M$.

Why am I not surprised that they had a 2022 Lamborghini and a 2025 Audi RSQ8 on the list of company cars
When the owner has a car which is that expensive, almost the price of a tractor, you can bet that they're living in a dream world. The industry does not make near enough margin to cover that business expense unless they're doing something crooked.

Here is the list of over 25K with finance companies excluded. The FMCSA bond is not going to be very helpful in this case. Hopefully the companies are successful in getting funds from the freight payor.

I'm actually floored that carriers give that much credit to any single broker ... except maybe CHR or the likes of that.

Guys, just found out that XFactorLogistics Owner Usman Mirza, and ILCOTRANSIT ceo Hus Ileri are working together in XFactorLogistics ..... they are literally calling us as carriers asking for customer names for the loads we are brokering
he is the same person as @Usman1982 who made the comment saying ILCO was a good company .

Usman Mirza is a straight up loser and not the sharpest guy, those two are perfect for each other.
