Hopper rates for grains

Good afternoon,

We are looking for carriers to assist us with ongoing Canada to USA and USA to Canada loads with hoppers. We currently are looking to move the following loads.

Load 1)
Commodity = Lentils (bulk)
Weight = 28-30MT
Verwood, SK to Stanford, MT

Load 2)
Commodity = loose millrun (bulk)
Weight = 27-30MT
Great Falls, MT to Lethbridge, AB or Medicine Hat, AB or Airdrie, AB or Olds, AB

Why not? This is a grain trader. Wouldn't the value add of a broker who specializes in specialty equipment and all the laws governing transport be the exact partnership required?

Coming here as a shipper to try and broker your freight is a mistake, in my opinion.

I was going to try the convincing talk but seemed pretty adamant. They may have been burned in the past.
