Terrible experience with this carrier, asked to do a pick up on a Tuesday, kept stringing me along until Friday at which point i asked them to cancel the shipment. The 'owner' called to defuse the situation, kept making excuses and in that basically confirming that i was being told LIES. I told him that we will never work with them again, to which he replied 'good now we can go after your customers' - BEWARE - this is what you get from these people.

I believe it was Darrell. At the end of the day its not the first time someone told me they're going to do something and didn't, that not my issue. My issues is him threatening to go after my client. To top it all off, he later threatened me once more to take this post off. Class act!

I definitely understand, i will be more aware next time we plan on working with them.

I have a load pending with these guys. I'll let you know how it goes.

EDIT: So my load got delivered. Getting updates from these guys was a bit of a pain. I was given an ETA for delivery then it got pushed back a couple times due to delays. I was not notified and I had to follow up with them a lot. But, dispatch seemed friendly enough, they were apologetic at the end about the delays and their rates were competitive. This was just a standard LTL shipment so I get there's a bit of a juggling act to try and make people happy while trying to make a decent dime trying to fill the truck up.

I'd use them again.

Thank you for this comments we need them !!! . i was going to give them LTL and rate was very cheap compare to others was kind of strange rate was 1/2 rate cheaper
 
We have not had any notable issues or big concerns.

However we were sorting out a claim issue with them as recently as December 16th and in the last 2 weeks have not been able to get ahold of anyone. Their office number 705.214.9659 saying its temporarily unavailable when you call now. May have closed up shop ?? Anyone hear anything about them lately?

Gave Darryl a load, the delivery was on time but no updates of when the load was picked / delivered whatsoever. Guy treated me like he hauled the load for free
 
We managed to touch base with them - I've been made to understand that they are currently "offline" whatever that means. Also they will be hauling local loads for the time being, only a certain radius from their yard.
 
'Offline' must mean that they are no longer authorized to run to the US. They have had their FMCSA carrier authorities revoked - MC976959
