others have said Chohan Brothers out of GTA as well. We all know it is a garbage scow and surprized he hit a guy on shoulder as they usually park in the middle lane until about 4.3 seconds before they need to get off and then just turn to the right...

The police should be able to identify who it is... just gotta wait and see. There's a lot of terrible drivers on the road, driving commercial and driving regular vehicles. feels like you have to dodge vehicles when you're on the highway lol

They stay in the middle for optimum highway closure when they inevitably flip onto their side.
